Return Eligibility
At Opportunity Infinity, our products are consumable food items prepared for freshness. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been delivered or opened.
However, we will assist customers if the order meets the eligible conditions mentioned below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged package
- You received an incorrect product
- Items were missing from your order
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Process
After verification, we will:
- Ship a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank settlement timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

- Used products
- Orders cancelled after shipping
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
